Dashworks is extremely versatile. It has delivered millions of migrations across more than a dozen enterprise IT use cases; stand-alone, one-off project, managing multiple projects at the same time, as an Evergreen IT management tool, or a combination of the above. To accommodate our clients' different needs, we designed an ultra-flexible licensing model that allows you to choose between perpetual, fixed-term and annual subscription agreements. You can choose the required bolt-on modules individually, or get one, all you can eat cost-effective license to manage it all.
License metric: In scope seat count
Please note that Dashworks Analysis is the only mandatory component to be licensed as it provides the baseline from which all projects are run. You may pick and choose other modules based on your project requirements or purchase an enterprise license which gives you access to Dashworks Analysis and both Project System modules.
When buying Dashworks, our customers can choose between perpetual, fixed-term and annual subscription licenses. The type of license depends on the type of project(s) you are planning on managing with our solution — now and in the future.
By purchasing a perpetual license, you gain access to Juriba Dashworks as long as you need it for unlimited projects, without having to worry about a looming contract deadline.
The break-even point for perpetual versus fixed-term licenses is 16-18 months, so we recommend choosing the perpetual license where capital expenditure (CapEx) is preferred and long-term or multiple projects to manage your Evergreen IT, ongoing Windows 10 and Office 365 updates, etc are in scope.
By purchasing an annual subscription license, you gain access to Juriba Dashworks on a yearly basis for unlimited projects, with the option of an annual renewal.
We recommend choosing the annual subscription license where operational expenditure (OpEx) is preferred and long-term or multiple projects to manage your Evergreen IT, ongoing Windows 10 and Office 365 updates, etc are in scope.
On occasion, our clients and partners undertake one larger big-bang IT transformation project at a time. For those clients who are planning on a larger stand-alone project and have a specific one-time requirement (e.g., a project that is due to run for 12 months) without any future plans, a fixed-term license can be the more cost-effective option.
Because of the fast break-even point, we recommend exploring perpetual licenses for any projects longer than 16 months.
Depending on your project requirements, you can choose to either purchase modules

Dashworks is a very versatile IT Transformation and Evergreen IT Management solution that allows you to:
As soon as a seat has been on-boarded into the Dashworks Project System, it is considered to have consumed a license.
Our licenses are calculated by the number of in-scope project seats. For example, your first project might be a subset of devices (e.g. a specific hardware refresh). In this case, you would only license the devices that you need to onboard into the project. As each device enters its first project, the license is consumed.
Dashworks pricing starts at 0 - 5,000 seats, then reduces between 5,001 - 25,000, again at 50,000 and again at 100,000. All seats are charged at the appropriate tiering level - it is not a cumulative model.
It depends on your project, but the average break-even point of our projects has been between month 16 and 18! In other words, if your project will run longer than 16 months, we recommend the perpetual or annual subscription route.
Yes, of course. Please talk to your Juriba sales representative to take the necessary steps.
We recommend enterprise licenses to any customer that is:
Each Dashworks seat license is consumed as the device or mailbox is on-boarded into its first project. Once on-boarded, the same device or mailbox can be on-boarded into as many other projects as you like under the same license. Once the license is utilized, it cannot be re-assigned once the project ends for a different device, unless during that project, the device was superseded by a new one. So, in the case of a 20,000 seat hardware refresh, with 10,000 seats in year one and a further 10,000 in year two, a purchase of 20,000 seats would be required.
