Screen. If your CV looks like a good fit, we will contact you for a recorded 15-20 minute video call with one of our talent managers. This will be reviewed by all people in the hiring process. For technical roles, this is followed by a technical test. This can be performed remotely.
Interview. Strong candidates will receive an invitation to a longer 30-60 minute remote video interview.
Present. For more senior roles, there will be a 1-2 hour face-to-face interview with a presentation.
