I lead a team of skilled and enthusiastic individuals who are driven by customer care and an enthusiasm for finding solutions. My background in IT and Change Management in large transformation projects has given me an appreciation of how Dashworks and appM can make a real difference to our customers. My time in account management has made me passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring our customers are fully engaged from kick-off through to support and beyond. To enable you to get the most out of your Juriba investment as quickly and as efficiently as possible, our experienced and knowledgeable implementation specialists first ascertain a solid understanding of how your organization can best benefit from Dashworks and/or appM overall before they look at the entire solution and determine with you how to optimize it. 

  • Kick-Off Workshop (1 hour):  Meeting the team, validating deliverables, confirming project responsibilities, and checking readiness to begin implementation.

  • Data Feed Workshop (1 – 2 hours): To identify which standard data sources, connectors and other integrations are required as data feeds for Dashworks / appM e.g., Active Directory, MECM, ServiceNow, as well as optional data sources, custom connectors, and data refresh schedule.

  • Process and Deployment Workshop (2 – 3 hours): Identify and agree upon requirements for Dashworks project and appM configuration including workflows, roles, process, communication schedules, and reporting.

  • Project Reporting and Dashboards Workshop (1 hour): Identifying reporting requirements and designing dashboards and reports for the project and business as usual audiences.
