What To Expect

Goal #1: Get you up and running as soon as possible

To enable you to get the most out of your Juriba investment as quickly and as efficiently as possible, our experienced and knowledgeable implementation specialists first ascertain a solid understanding of how your organization can best benefit from Juriba DPC and Application Readiness overall before they look at the entire solution and determine with you how to optimize it. 

  • Kick-Off Workshop (1 hour):  Meeting the team, validating deliverables, confirming project responsibilities, and checking readiness to begin implementation.

  • Data Feed Workshop (1 – 2 hours): To identify which standard data sources, connectors, and other integrations are required as data feeds for Juriba DPC and Juriba Application Readiness, e.g., Active Directory, MECM, ServiceNow, as well as optional data sources, custom connectors, and data refresh schedule.

  • Process and Deployment Workshop (2 – 3 hours): Identify and agree upon requirements for the Juriba DPC and Juriba Application Readiness configuration, including workflows, roles, processes, communication schedules, and reporting.

  • Project Reporting and Dashboards Workshop (1 hour): Identify reporting requirements and design dashboards and reports for the project and business-as-usual audiences.

What to expect

Goal #2: Realizing the greatest return on investment

Our priority is to make sure that you get the most out of your Juriba platform and, consequently, can manage your workspace automation as best as possible.

Once you know exactly what you need, our implementation specialists, who manage the entire implementation throughout, pull in our UK- or US-based consultants and solution architects who will provide ongoing implementation support and integration of new technologies.

They also bring in Subject Matter Experts on various technologies (e.g., ServiceNow, Powershell, PowerBI, and many more) where needed. Our consultants utilize their vast experience from having been involved in multiple large migration projects to build out technical solutions.

What To Expect

Goal #3: Resources and knowledge at your fingertips

Juriba has an online training academy that contains lots of video-based training covering anything from a general overview of Juriba software, to implementation, project administration, and general navigation. For customers who prefer more personalized, in-depth training, we provide bespoke instructor-led training (remote or in-person). 

Additionally, we provide our customers with two sets of outputs: user-based "How-to-Use" documentation and technical documentation (e.g., any customizations that have been built to support bespoke processes or integrations).

Finally, we offer comprehensive product documentation, including hardware and software prerequisites, installation and configuration guides, product overviews, knowledge base and how-to articles, and video tutorials on our Juriba knowledge base.
