Chairman of the Board

Paddy is the Chairman of the board at Juriba where he is putting his energy into helping the management team move the business forward.  

He is an experienced Chairman who has chaired several technology and service businesses to successful exits. Amongst these were 6point6, Target and Specialist Risk Group. All of these had Private Equity funding and were passed on to new owners at a significant premium to acquisition. Paddy has also been involved in may capital raises with both Private Equity and Venture Capital. Paddy has strong mentoring and stakeholder management skills which enable him to help and support enterprises to grow and continue on their journey to higher achievements.

Born in the UK, Paddy has had a long and successful career in technology. Whilst working for Xchanging PLC Paddy ran their UK business, which under his guidance achieved record results, turning over £350 million and making £50 million profit.  The business provided key technology services to Lloyds of London, Aon, Bae and the London Metal exchange amongst others.

Prior to this he led a key component of the change program merging Customs and Excise with the Inland revenue to form what we now know as HMRC.

Paddy is passionate about wine, cricket, food and golf though not necessarily in that order! He is an avid supporter of Brighton and Hove Albion FC, and is a committed walker enjoying spending time exploring the countryside in the south of England. He is also a music fan and audiophile who enjoys attending live concerts in a wide range of genres,  from classical to rock.

Paddy enjoys spending lots of time with his many grandchildren and slightly less time with their parents - his children!
