With social media becoming progressively dominant within billions of people’s lives, Juriba is delighted to announce a significant extension to its social media strategy with the launch of its new Facebook site, which the company is eager to grow throughout 2012 and beyond.

In fitting with the emphasis Juriba places upon the customer, the launch of this new content-led community will allow Juriba to upgrade to web 2.0 customer service, and helps satisfy the company’s determination to provide continual support to businesses facing a plethora of desktop transformation challenges. Social media is a new means of reaching out to countless people, and Juriba is excited by the prospect of sharing its desktop transformation knowledge with and providing exclusive offerings to many, many more individuals.

Discussing the launch, Iain Fraser, Director, said, “Businesses are increasingly recognising the need to ensure a social media presence. 2011 has seen Juriba make really positive strides into addressing this need, and we have been delighted by the success we have enjoyed in a short space of time. Therefore, I am thrilled to reveal the launch of our Facebook site, which I hope will further provide mutual value to our followers and Juriba alike.”

Juriba’s Facebook site will be synced to Juriba’s blog, ensuring instant access to informative materials from Juriba’s directors. The site will also present useful articles concerning our industry that will help your business stay informed of desktop transformation challenges. The site will work in conjunction with the company’s YouTube channel , and consequently, followers will be kept up-to-date of all new product developments that could aid their organisation. The company’s twitter feed is also pulled into the site, meaning that Juriba’s Facebook page really will be the ‘go to’ resource for all things desktop transformation. Followers will also be given exclusive opportunities to learn via the host of webinars that Juriba offers. Allowing for fast and easy interaction, the new Facebook site will enable fans to directly share their own experiences of Dashworks and of desktop transformation projects with Juriba and many other desktop transformation experts.

John Claridge, Digital Marketing Analyst, said of the announcement, “We have experienced significant business growth through leads developed using social media such as twitter, but we have also taken great pleasure in seeing our followers participate in the desktop transformation discussion. It has also been enlightening to debate industry developments and engage with our followers, all of whom have interesting perspectives on the challenges we face over the next two years in migrating organisations to Windows 7. The continuation of our social media strategy we hope will provide the company with the opportunity to demonstrate its undoubted experience to an array of individuals, who, in turn, will be able to make more sound desktop transformation decisions.”
